1. After-sales Service
After the final acceptance of equipment, we provide customers with 7 * 24-hour service, within the warranty period, if the provided equipments fail and needs our help, we will response within 4 hours after receipt of the notice, and will arrange on-site technical support for customers to solve problems. If the failure of equipments is caused by customers’ human factor or external objective factors, we will also provide the corresponding service.
After the warranty period, if the provided equipments fail and needs our help, we will response within 8 hours after receipt of the notice, and will arrange on-site technical support to assist the customers to solve problems. However, the service charges and materials cost should be appropriately be charged according to actual situations.
2. Technical Support
During the equipment application period, we provide the customers with technical advice free of charge; as requested by customer needs, we will provide customers with software, hardware training of the equipments and other services.
3. Equipment Maintenance
Equipment maintenance is an important means to prolong the equipment servicelife, protect the normal production and improve equipment utilization. We will provide customers with the highest quality equipment maintenance, equipment upgrades, spare parts and other services.
